Empowered Blue is a fully adsense ready, two column theme from Jam. The header has a blue, horizontal panel designed to display adsense adverts effectively but without looking too obtrusive.
The theme is, you guessed it, blue. It has two columns, is fixed width and is best viewed in Firefox, but works perfectly well in Internet Explorer as well. There are also adsense panels underneath each blog entry to maximise their use.
