In my guide Wordpress Adsense System I teach people how to build long-term WordPress blogs and make money from Google Adsense. But there are some things I do which I stopped talking about in the new version of the guide simply because it will confuse beginners, and instead of doing it the regular way some of them try to do it using methods that are generally for more experienced users.
One such method is creating article directories. Here’s how it works:
- Many site owners continuously publish their articles on article syndication sites like ArticleMarketer and iSnare.
- The reason they do this is they want to get more traffic to their sites by putting in an “author bio” and a link back to their site.
- Some people do this purely for SEO purposes as the more backlinks you have to your site the better your site is going to rank in most search engines.
- Whatever the reason is, these people would be more than happy to have you publish their article on your site or blog, as long as you maintain the bio and the all-important link back to their site.
- Once their articles are published on ArticleMarketer or iSnare, these sites in turn syndicate the articles to all associated sites who have previously signed-up to receive articles.
- By increasing the amount of “receiver” sites, the big syndication sites expand their network and improve the reach and value of their service
- If your site is a receiver site, the articles will be automatically posted to you either via email or some PHP-based script, and you receive it as new content.
- You can choose to manually edit and publish the articles or allow them to auto-publish and be hands-off the entire operation.
Although you can get a lot of “article directory” scripts out there that syndicates these articles and puts them on a site, of the more interesting ways to do it is to use WordPress as the syndication system itself. I have been creating and profiting from “WordPress article directories” for months now using my own hacked-and-put-together-again system, but unfortunately it’s not ready to be released..
For now, here’s a good script I found that does the same thing, called Easy Blogs Pro.
Yes, it is definitely categorized as “autoblogging” since all the content is automatically syndicated. However, this is not “Black Hat” as it uses a 100% legit source of content (articles published by other writers on article distribution sites) nor does it try to cheat the search engines in any way.
If you want to make money from Google Adsense on auto pilot and not worry about getting nasty emails from others for ripping off their content, you should give this a try. It comes with some basic but efficient WordPress themes too, like these:
These themes are Adsense-ready, which means that all the Adsense code placements are already done for you. You can also monetize with affiliate programs or other forms of blog advertising.
UPDATE: This plugin is NO LONGER SUPPORTED.

Gobala. This seems a nice script but the price is quite expensive compared to similar scripts such as autosubmitarticle.com. Not sure how much better it is but sites using the other script seem pretty decent and you can keep almost $100 in your pocket.

Nice article Gobala, but I’d like to know more information. I have considered purchasing “Easy Blogs Pro” and giving it a test run and evaluation for readers of my blog. How much money are you currently making from using “easy blogs pro?” I am interested to hear more about this product. To me it seems just like a slightly different form of a “scraper” site. Is article marketer and iSnare alright w/ copying their content onto your site? Is article marketer or iSnare content cited w/ in the articles?
Andrew
Gobala, this is interesting product and I would also like to know more about it in terms implementation and ROI. Considering a fact that, I would also like to know – all the sites made with this product would almost look similar, how it would impact on readership and revenue.
We’ve just launched our third script in the package. So the difference
between one script and three scripts, plus the themes, bonus products
and support in our members area, make the $100 difference not seem so
unreasonable.
I notice on autobubmitarticle.com he has the price of $97
struckthrough…so should I assume that the going rate for these is $97
for each script and price accordingly.
Plus if you want support for it…you’ll have to run over to digital
point, find the thread, post and hope you get a response in a week or
so. We have our own contact means, support forum and help desk for
easyblogspro.com and all of our other products and do support every day
for them…not sure if the other guys can say the same.
Don’t under value many of the “extra mile” things an organization
provides like support, companion products, freebies and open discussion
to advance your business. The 2000 members in our other four membership
sites don’t.
I noticed the autosubmitarticle plugin is just for Article Marketer, whereas the easyblogspro setup is for AM + 2 more. So, looks like with the latter you get each directory for – like – $42. Better deal all around.
Also, from reading the FAQS at easyblogpro, it would seem the plugin approach limits you to just one category. That kinda sucks.
No limiting to one category…and none of the scripts are plugins. The run independently of the WP loop. We did em this way so not to constantly ping the update services and sitemap.
Whatever category the article distribution services offer, our scipts do also. And, with the isnare and Phantom Writers scripts, the category creation is automatic.
Interesting. It’s like autopilot ey?
It’s not a “scraper site” by definition although what they do is republish content on your blog. The difference is you have permission to use the content, refer to point number #1 above..
I haven’t fully implemented EasyBlogsPro (will do it when I have the time) but my own script which does the same thing (limited to Article Marketer) most of the blogs are making about $2 – $5 per day in Adsense.
I got about 10 of them but only half was completed, the rest are all resting in peace while I get distracted time and time again into doing other things
Maybe for the remaining 5 blogs I’ll use the EasyBlogsPro script instead to test it out..
Erm.. if you use only the themes provided then yes there would be sites that are similar to yours. If you want to implement this, go for the “niche articles” and not make it a general article directory for all categories..
You may want to consider using it with other forms of automated content like videos, etc.
Thanks for the information. At this moment I cannot afford to spend any more money. Is there a free version that can achieve the same results/
Regards
Hector
Hi James Lee,
Reading the above comments, I guess you’re the owner of EasyBlogsPro.
I purchased the product, but after paying through Paypal I was redirected to a one-time offer page.
I didn’t receive any login instructions.
How can I contact you?
Hope to hear from you.
Thanks.

Is this OK for a newbie to try to implement? I’d really like to set-up some article sites!
I came across a free plugin for article directory on Wordpress you may want to take a look:
http://articlesss.com/article-directory-wordpress-plugin/
Definitely seems overpriced. For $19.99 it might be affordable as a plugin.
Awesome programme that I try.
That’s pretty ingenious. Thanks!
