EWP Featured Blog – SimCooks.com

in AdSense Tips

I think at the very heart of an information publisher that ever writes an ebook (if they care) is “Will my ebook ever change a person’s life, or at least provide good value to them?”

After publishing the Wordpress Adsense System a month ago, and setting up my community forum, I found one site that exceeded my expectations and made me happy that I at least provided value to one person.

SimCooks.com, owned by Yi Chen from Singapore, is a case study of simplicity meets unique content meets profitable niche. Set in simple vanilla background that makes the photos reach out and grab you by your stomach, the blog has some very good content on Asian cooking and Asian recipes.

SIM Cooks

With neatly integrated Adsense codes, the blog itself looks flawless. In niches such as Asian cooking, there are also other monetization possibilities including Amazon books, your own cooking ebook, local cooking classes and more, depending on how much you want to get involved in the niche.

I wonder if I’ll get to taste some of those yummy Chinese food when I get to Singapore next month?

Hi GK,
Today I managed to embed a youtube video into my Wordpress blog! Hooray!

By the way, I am a Singaporean currently living in California, so we’ll continue to meet in cyberspace, ya?

Cheers!
