how do i capture a web-site window==not like source, but a program that will capture a picture of a website, so it can be added to a video and have good quality. and not the html of the website, so i can create a video to post to youtube or such???

Are you talking about how to record in video?

You need screen recording software like camtasia to do it.

You can use a free version of Camtasia called CamStudio. You can find it by doing a search for "Camstudio" on Google!
