fail to register as member in support

Hi all,

I've been trying to register as a member at this link many times but failed.

The system said the image code I typed in is not correct even I'm very sure it was correct one. Pls help.

Hi Afidie,

I couldn't get that, as you are submitting ticket for getting access to the EWP private forum right? You don't need to register, just click on the submit ticket link to open a ticket.. From there, you will need to key in particular below:

Select Department => Next => Full Name => Email => Priority => Subject => Message => Submit.

That's all, I don't see any need to key in the image code...Can you try again? If still can't make it, send me a pm on your particular.
