I did in a simple way. I found meta description in style.css and made
size=0. In fact you have meta but it is invisible.

In addition. Previous way works good for Firefox.
But when I changed scale using Explorer7 I saw traces of meta.
To solve compeletly insert parameter
display:mome;
in description of meta in style.css and everything will be perfect even in this crazy Explorer.

It is not recommended to upgrade to the latest version of application (browser, software) epecially on Windows Product or major update version.

My past experience tends to tell me observe and hear the response from the new version users' feedbacks first and then decide when to upgrade. I would rather upgrade later and enjoy consistency of the software at the later stage.
