Need help with customizing theme

The theme that I'm using 2813 WordPress Theme does not have paged navigation enabled in it. I tried using WP PageNavi plugin but that too didn't help. In

theloop.php

the relevant template tag is available:

  /* Insert Paged Navigation */ if (!is_single()) { include (TEMPLATEPATH . '/navigation.php'); } ?>

Then I opened the home.php and added the following at the end:

Still navigation doesn't display.

Hi MKAdimin,

2 suggestions I want to advise here:
1) Try to ask support from the theme developer
2) Change a new theme

For me, I will just look for a new theme that got the navigation ... don't waste time on the theme that not mature in terms of design.
