how to show display_name in users admin area?

Hi. I am a teacher and am using WP to hold some class feedback sessions online, and I want the users to have an anonymous identity during any commenting that they participate in. However, I need to be able to easily figure out who made a comment (I have them sign up with their real name as their username). Ideally, as the administrator, I would see their username on the comments/posts themseleves, but if that is not an option, can I see their display_name in the users section of the admin panel next to their usernames?

Yes, you can get the different posters display their names in blog post as long they register and able to login to your wp-admin area to write post or leave comments. That should be okay.
