Editing Problem

Alright first I have to say I am new to wordpress, I don't realy know much about coding and all of that, so please tell me what to do step by step, cause I realy need to fix this problem.

Alright I need to edit my CSS in my wordpress dashboard, but it says this "If this file were writable you could edit it."

Can you fix from the ftp file?

This can be fixed by going either to your ftp client or Cpanel on your webhost and changing the permissions for the file in question to 666, which makes it writable.

Yes, try to look for the guide in FAQ checklist on how to CHMOD in your FTP... for any file you want to writable in admin area.
