I searched around looking for a plugin but some simple code will help.
If you go to my site
www.alcohol-drug-rehab.info/rehab it will show the post that the following video came from. Right click the page and view the selected source. Its an embeded player within DIV tags.
Just insert the ID of the code in the browser bar of the youtube video, this also plays other files like wmv. You can use google video, and dailymotion.
Param values you can change and resize to fit. I found the DIV tags keep it clean. This embeded player keeps your visitor on your site and stops an instant divert to youtube!
