Using UTW

Hi there. I'm definitely a newbie and have been working slowly through WAS and making gradual progress.

I've got to the bit where it talks about the UTW plug-in and Technorati.

I have two questions. I have posted a, well, post after installing UTW and I can't see the post in Technorati at all. I did the stuff with the tags etc.

the one thing that might be hindering my progress is that in the WAS it mentions a 'dedicated setting page' and that it is vital to ensure that the "Automatic Feed Tags" is turned on - but where do I find this 'dedicated setting page'. I have hunted high and low and I don't know where it is. If I find it maybe it will sort out my missing post in Technorati?
