Pre sale queries

Will WP Adsense System bring me traffic and revenue.
I am not looking for a software to index my other sites but one to make money from adsense from the sites I use the script on.
Should I do link building?
How many blogs will this software create for me
will it automatically post content based on keywords I provide.?
