A Newbie

I am a newbie,don't even understand web lingo such as PHP and the rest. But I am confident Gobala and his team can lead me to a new destiny and that's why I purchased his second book on the 5th.of Sept.06...Wordpress. That's all I can say about myself. By the way I am staying in Petaling Jaya.

Well Farid it look as if we are in the same boat. Other than learing from each other Gobala's book is very usefull.I am sure his team will be equally usefull. I am still struggleling.

Hi myrichmat,

Thanks for your confident towards us. We believe that with the Wordpress system, you can easily learn to blog without learning the PHP program.

In fact, I dont even know how does this programming wrote at 1st place not even now. A big thanks must give to all themes and plugins developers. They make our life soooo much easier.... for beginner we suggest just install the themes and plugins according to the installation manual.

Any installation which ask you to change and re-write the code, you just forget it for the time being and look for alternative. They are so many plugin available for the same functions. Even though the Wordpress blog system is very new system compare to others like blogger, typepad, it is the most leading blog system and widely use by many bloggers.
