Hi Richard .. To the problem concerning you issues, I have not met similar cases with customers before you. Since you have already send a resolution email to paypal, we shall wait and see for the outcome.
Since I am the one promoting this software, if it is really my mistake on my part, I will definitely make a refund for you.
However, if you merely want to get a refund and make such a fuss over it, I think its really not very ethical. I will try to best to deliver my product to you.
