Full Guidelines of using this forum

Okay, I will try to keep this section short and sweet. However, there are points that need to highlight in order to keep this forum cater for everyone.

This forum is intended to provide a place for you to raise any subject for discussion, exchange ideas and information, and to put forth your views and comments. Please remember that this is a public space open to all, so whilst you are welcomed to discuss issues and state your opinions, please observe common courtesies and word your comments appropriately. Below are some basics guidelines for using the forum.

DON'T
• Do not use any abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene or offensive language.

• Do not post, or post links to, any pornographic, sexually oriented or offensive materials.

• Do not use the forums for trolling, slamming, flaming, attacking or spreading scandals or gossips about individuals, businesses or organizations. Do not divulge personal data of any individual. Avoid personal attacks and unconstructive criticisms.

• Double and triple posting with the same or similar contents is also considered SPAM.

• You may not SHOUT, SCREAM, YELL in posts or thread titles except for minimal emphasis only. No swearing in thread titles.

• Do not place on the forums any material which is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, hateful or in bad taste.

• Do not make sexist or racist comments, or use the forums for propagation of religious beliefs, or debating on political issue.

• When using the forums please ensure that you comply with the law at all times. Do not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights.

• Feel free to agree or disagree in any discussion but remember to be respectful during disagreements.

• The administrators / super moderators & moderators reserve the right to delete messages without notification either for purposes of maintenance or because the messages are inappropriate. The decisions of the administrators / super moderators & moderators are FINAL.


Advertisement, promotion & recommendation of your products / services
• Only direct links are allowed in the postings, recruitment drive on MLM, investment programs, HYIP, insurance & unit trust either online or offline programs are strictly prohibited within the forum.

• Please post all your advertisement in the "Advertise Your Business Here" section. You must contribute a minimum of 5 posts before you are allow to advertise your products & services. Any posts have found breach the rules & regulations will be deleted immediately.

• If you would like to recommend some good programs or softwares (for users have less than 5 posts), please write to us and we will approve it if it is appropriate to our forum readers.

• If you want to advertise your products and services, kindly contact the administrators for the details. We have various spaces reserve for sponsored advertisement.

Signature file
• Pictures are permitted within your Avatar, Signature and Posts, images should be uploaded to our gallery. The following images / text are not allowed: obscure images or offensive text, porn, anything related to an anti-racial group, and any other imagery the staff deems as inappropriate. We reserve the right to change your avatar / signatures / posts without further notice.

• Please limit graphical signatures to 200x200 pixels, 10000 bytes in size and use our gallery for upload, or link from elsewhere.

• Maximum of 5 links are allowed in the signature file and must keep it as small as possible, preferable not more than 200 characters.

• You must write a minimum of 5 posts before you can display your signature file and each post must not shorter than 50 words, otherwise links in signatures will be removed.

Attachement
• Please limit your attachment to 10000 bytes in size for all format. Graphical dimension will restrict at 200X200 pixels.


Posting relevancy
• Post topics related to the forum you are posting in only! Misplaced threads will be moved.

• Please refer to FAQ for other topics which is not covered here.
