It is
not recommended to upgrade to the latest version of application (browser, software) epecially on Windows Product or major update version.
My past experience tends to tell me observe and hear the response from the new version users' feedbacks first and then decide when to upgrade. I would rather upgrade later and enjoy consistency of the software at the later stage.
