I'm starting a funny video website with a WordPress system. I need someone to give me a quote for making a website like this one, Need reliable developer.

Developer will NOT be responsible for:
- Domain
- Hosting
- WordPress Theme

Developer WILL BE responsible for:
- Finding all the needed plugins
- Installing the plugins
- Updating all the content
- Getting the website ready so all I have to do is add videos

Plugins needed:
- myspace, del.icio.us, RSS feed
- AdBright advertisements
- Most viewed videos
- Video plugin
- comment system
- Most viewed comments
- Archive

and any other plugins you recommended.
