Default OMG! What did I do?

Hello,

I bought the 7 WP themes and installed two of them on two different domains. I was working on one of them when I goofed and uploaded the index.php into the root folder instead of the correct wp folder. Now, I cannot get the themes to work. I get the OLD OLD index.html, which has NOTHING to do with WP/blogging.

I've re-uploaded the super adsense templates (fitness) and logged into wp-admin/presentation to pick out the theme to use. Nothing but the old index.html.

What do I do to get WP working again? OR should I post to the WP support forum?

PS If you look in Technorati, they have the image of the site I had up before. I WANT IT BACK!

Default Never mind!

I got it back! It was the index.php that I had overwritten and I didn't know there was a "redirect" to use the themes. I had to look into my working domain to get the index.php and uploaded that one into the non-working domain. VOILA! It worked!

Sorry for posting here... I panicked and didn't know what to do! LOL

No worry, just keep calm when you face any problem.

The thumb of rule is back up your blog if you do any changes. Also, look at the steps you have done which contribute towards the errors. Then you should know what went wrong.

If the damage/error only for the blog, you can overwrite with the original file will do. (Not to the whole blog files, but to the specific file).
