Cool, nice content. Just a suggestion, a picture tell a thousand words. Place some image to make your site look more alive.

Another thing to mention is, show a brief description and place a link more... for your visitor who interested to read further, it will look much more neat and friendly to user.

it seems that you have problem with layout...my advice is, concentrate on your overal layout first. make sure everything is neat and well positioned. only after that you can continue to put your ads in place, be sure not to overdo it...try to make it blend with the overall look of your site....

to make your site interesting, mayb u can get some expert to do some tips on diabetes...i'm sure readers will like to read em..
