Default How to Display Blog Name and Description in Super Adsense / Super Review Themes

Alll the Super Adsense Theme version 2.0 and above have support for using default blog name and description in the header area in H1 and H3 tags. However, I did not document this in the instructions files as I did not want to confuse people.

Basically, if you know where to look you can do this easily.

Upen up the header.php file in a text editor (Notepad or Wordpad) and find these lines of code:

Code:

As it say, delete the line aboe and below, leaving yourself with ony this code:

Code:

Now your blog title and description should appear in the header area ON TOP of your header image. You can edit the size and layout in the style.css file.

I understand what you are saying but I am very new to this, is there any way I can edit the logo to display my own name etc. I'm afraid I don't understand php and how to edit the stylesheet. Also I noticed that most of the adsense code is in place, can you advise where I need to place my id so that the ads are linked to my adsense account.

To insert your name inside the logo image, you got to use photoshop software to edit the PSD file come with the zipped themes file.

Please read the READ ME FIRST file together with the zipped theme file to find out how to insert the adsense code. All instructions pertaining to the theme can be found there.

OK I have read all of the instructions, regarding adsense code, am I correct in saying that I donot need to place any generated code from google into the code for the page. All I need to do is place my pub id in the id-adsensepub.php location and the adsense channel id in the id-adsensechannel.php file. What do I do if I don't run channels and the code generates the generic "": code, do I enter this aswell or just leave it blank.

Ok to expand on my 2 previous posts I have been looking at the code in adsense-combo.php and adsense-top.php that both have the 2 lines -
google_ad_client = "pub-";
google_ad_channel = "";

Am I right in saying that I should leave these alone as entering my id's into id-adsensepub.php and id-adsensechannel.php will publish the correct setup. Sorry for so many questions/posts but I want to get it right.

Yes, you are right, just insert your adsense pub-ID into id-adsensepub.php.
The adsensechannel.php is for you to insert the tracking code. If you have multiple site to monetize the adsense and you want to know each individual site performance, then you need to create from your adsesen account and then insert the code here. Otherwise, you can skip this step.

Just the number.

No need to put in the pub.
