Do you mean the ad didnt come out on the main page? It is depends your keywords set on the blog, if you don't have sufficient keyword, you ad won't come out.

Related post plugin require you to insert a line of code into your blog template, please refer to the readme file for this plugin. If you didnt get any readme file on how to install, you can visit the developer site for more info.
