Showing the Name of the Poster

On my Wordpress blog, it won't show the username of who actually posted the entry! I do not know how to edit it for it to show, so any help would be greatly appreciated:

Do you means the author name?

Follow the steps below to change it:

Blog Admin => User => Your Profile => Display name publicly as

Select the right name to appear from the dropdown menu.

If the menu don't have the name you want, key in your first name & last name, nickname and then save.

Go back to the dropdown menu again, you should see the right name you want to choose and save the changes.
