It is kind of tell you which plugins you installed causing the problem. What I can suggest is, use FTP to access to your web and delete those newly installed plugins.

Next, login your wp-admin area and see if you can do that.

Next, upload the plugins again, activate one by one to see any strange things happen. I believe it was from one of these plugins you activated.
