More Tag

I would like to change the more tag to something different than just saying more, like Read More or Read Full Article or something else, does anyone know where to edit this?

Is that any particular reason you want to change it?

Normally it will dispaly read full contents or read more ...

It should be good enough .. unless you can read the code and find the location to change it.
