Greetings from a WPMU SysOp

hello everyone,
I just put up WPMU last saturday, September 1, 2007 and will have people apply for a free blog. We are in a niche market of Overcoming Christians. This venture is not about making money online per se, but good SEO is high on my priority list, and I was looking for some good support forum board titles when I found easywordpress.com. So, I hope to be able to find good WP info here, and share what I have learned here with everyone.

Thanks for the offers, I believe most of the readers want to have own self-hosted blog. If they want free hosted blog, they can go to wordpress.com

I am sure that you totally misunderstood my hello message.

I am NOT offering blogs to people here on your forum.

I was just saying hello and telling you how I am involved with wordpress, ie I am hosting a wpmu and want to discuss info and tips and be a contributor to this forum.

I hope this is more clear as to my intent.

Hi Nada,

If you are contributing your expertise & tips on how to settings up Wordpress MU in this forum, I am most welcome as this is one area that I haven't explore.

I need to run my admin role very strictly as there are many people just come in and trying to "steal" traffic without contributing to the forum which I see it is no need. As long as they really help members to solve their problem they will get the traffic eventually.

No, I just setup my wpmu last weekend, and I need help and can share what I have learned. for example right now, I am having a problem with htaccess rewrite with apache and page 2 on my home page.

I have been so busy, I have not had the time to go into the areas and see where this question would go yet. I am hoping to find the solution myself. I will be back, I bookmarked this site.

What is your .HTACESS problem? Normally when you set permission to 755 will be able to solve it. Unless you have put up certain settings that your host don't allow. Check with your host whether the code you insert is allow by them.
