Can datafeeds be used?

Can i use cj, linkshare DATAFEEDS as content to make posts on my blog?
Is it okay or wud be taken as a duplicate content by the search engines?

Certainly if you use any datafeeds from publisher to create posts in your blog, it is already considered as DUPLICATE CONTENTS.

Only those contents created by yourself is not.
