Wordpress affiliate sign up need clickbank ID

I have just purchased the Adsense Wordpress system and would like to sign up as an affiliate. But I noticed that I need a Clickbank Account to sign up. Clickbank does not allow Malaysian to open an account. How can I open an account with Clickbank?. I am a Malaysian. I couldn't find any instructions anywhere.

There is an ebook guide written specially for Malaysian to find out how to open their clickbank acccount. You can go to Chaper-M for details.

I use the same method to get my ClickBank account.
