How to insert print screen ?

I am trying to do " how to " article in my www.bestcashmanagement website and would like to insert Excel print screen. While I copy and paste the article and the Excel print screen from Word to Wordpress post, only text would appear, the Excell print screen is disapearing. Would appreciate if somebody could help me. I can't find the solution anywhere. Thank you

You need to save the print screen image to a jpeg before you can upload via editor to insert the picture.

Are you trying to paste straight into Wordpress? You can paste text but not images (at least I've not found you can). Save the image as a jpg into the web folder, and upload via ftp. Then locate the image at the url, i.e. http://www.youdomain.com/image.jpg and click on the image link in your toolbar at Wordpress and enter the url reference for the image.

That's great you get your picture upload and display finally.

I have a small tips for you, why don't your create a smaller thumb size picture and allow readers to click and enlarge the picture? Rather than the current one displaying the full size.

Reason: Reduce on the loading time when your blog reader visit.

I come across one good free software recently which can help you to resize the picture easily. Go to Ifran View to download the free version.
