The SurveyGizmo plugin for Wordpress allows users to create professional, powerful and fully customised surveys, all within Wordpress, and allows you to keep track of your responses using Wordpress posts and pages sections.
The plugin can help create everything from polls to large, multi-page surveys inside Wordpress or build a customised “contact us” form for your site. The surveys can be fully customised with embedded CSS styles, or your Wordpress CSS.
