Everytime I add to the ebook, it never stops, I just want to add more.

A few new sections include getting links, directory submission, 3-way links, more content on SEO for Wordpress etc.

Other contents are just updated to replect changes in the blogosphere.

Whats left is to update images, send for editing, testing all plugins again. So yeah by end of this month is a good estimate.
