RSS Feed - Still confuse...

Hi Steve,

I understand the concept of RSS feed generally, but I'm confuse.
What I understand, RSS feed can be 2 things:

a. You feed someone else who subscribe to your RSS feed link.
b. You GET feed when you subscribe to someone else RSS feed link.

I want to do (b) now, but couldn't get it done on my page.

How do I implement it to my page?

I use Gobala's 7 superadsense theme.

and here's the feed I want to subscribe from and load any update into my page above:
http://warshow.multiply.com/feed.rss

Pls help as I'm stuck with this for a month already.. ;(
