What I don't understand is those posts are on front page and what if I have like 50 posts someday. It will be too long to scroll, so how do you cope with this?

And I'd loved to have more traffic.
I have done ping and technorati tag. I should be doing trackback, rss announcer, and submission to blog directories, am I right?

You can set the numbers of post that appears on the front page of your blog from your Wordpress dashboard. Go to Options > Reading. By default, the number of posts is set to 10.
