I managed to do some adjustments on the adsense format. The pulgin that you recommend was very helpful. By the way, I couldn't quite understand on the split-posting part.

Is it putting the adsense codes in between the posts?

glad to hear that

well regarding the split post....it is mainly cutting your post where appropriate so that in ur main page it will shows as read more...visitor need to click in it to read ur whole article. you can either press (alt+t) or put < !--more--> (remove the space between < and !) where appropriate when u write ur post.

this way you will have more control on ur adsense ads. for example in ur main page u can insert adsense in ur header or sidebar....but for visitor to see those in ur post, they need to see the whole article. this is also better since your google ads will come out more relevant to ur topic since only that article will be shown at one time...and from research that have being done..this could increase your CTR.

Hi Alex,

Just my opinion, you need to revise your site color, light purple text match with white background. It will be hard to read and painful to eye.My first impression to your site is that is not a mlm site, is more a romantic site. if you were to target mlm site, choose some ambitious color and aggresive color and clear color. Hope this could help. Maybe you can add some picture. You can get tons of it at google image. Like hand shake or businessman which related to your post. This will make your site look more alive.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the encouragement. Well, to be honest, my alexa rankings jumped every few thousands per-week without putting much content, all automated content. However, I won't be spending much effort on this blog as I will be embarking on something else using wordpress as well. I will still be focusing on adsense, seo and traffic generation techniques.

OK, yup, traffic generation and SEO is also my main thing to learn. Alexa can jump up very high with few technique, but not pagerank, it seem that your pagerank still 0. It take sometimes to generate pagerank.
