Unable to sign up for affiliate

I was at the download page and wanted to sign up as an affiliate...
But after keying in my details, the system prompted me "Page not found" for file: http://adsense.easywordpress.com/ezGaffcode.php

Pleas advise.

I checked in www.clickbank.com few days ago. Gobala EWP is available there. Just type keyword "gobala" to search for it.
