Special Kind Of Visitor Tracker Plugin Needed

Hi guys,

I know this is a long shot. But I just had to ask.

I'm looking for a plugin (free preferred, but will pay if need be) that tracks
down and records the following of a registered user:

1. User name
2. IP address.
3. Date & time logged in.
4. Pages, posts, etc. user has browsed.
5. Items user has downloaded from page, post, etc.

#5 is especially what I'm after.

I tried Performancing Metrics. It looks fine, but it doesn't keep track of a
registered user like I hoped.

Anyone found such or up to the challenge of creating such a plugin? I wish
I could do it myself, but I sadly don't know PHP.
