| Category: Metadata Author: Bert Description: This plugin helps you assign the needed value to meta tags 'keywords' and 'description' in the head part of the code. This plugin enables to fill the above fields with your own keywords and description using just the usual post.php form (the page you're using to write a post). The keywords for your article may be inserted as a custom field (when the plugin is activated, the 'keywords' option will appear in the list) - you will just need to put several keywords, separated by spaces or commas. The plugin returns different results for different pages: Main page description - short description of your blog; keywords - empty; For a page or post description - extract of the post (if empty, then only several first sentences of the article); keywords - all categories names assigned to the post and keywords from the field 'keywords' that you filled for this article (if assigned); [Download] [Plugin Page]New in this version:Whatfs new in version 0.3: - kewords may be set easily right in the page or post creation or editing interface - the tags are included in html automatically - the search query will be included as keywords in the search results page - bug fixed that could break the gmeta description line - we strongly recommend users to upgrade existing versions [Full changelog] Read full post here... |
