Default Could someone review my blog?

I started my blog using WordPress two months ago. Previously I was using Blogger. Could someone review my blog and let me know how I can improve further.

Thanks.

Default Maybe I should be more specific

I monetize my site with AdSense. I am looking for feedback on the placement of my ads. Do you think it can be improved and how? Please review.

Thanks.

I suggest putting an ad within your post itself. You can use the Adsense Deluxe plugin and set it to only show the ads when viewed as a separate post, so the ads do not appear on the front page since that would violate Google's TOS for having more than 3 ads on a single page.
