User Generated Posts

Hey guys,

I am not sure if this is available... but I want a select group of users to be able to post on my blog, but I do not want to give them admin access (maybe i am just paranoid).

I do not want the 'post page' to be public- just want a select amount of people to know about it. When I say select... there may be hundreds of people submitting here and there- but I want to choose those people if that makes sense.

I also want to be able to make sure the posts do not publish before i give them to ok. I am new to the whole wordpress world- so this may be a quick solution... but does anyone have suggestions?

You can always edit or delete the posts as well as comments.
