Changing links in 125x125 ads

Hi there I have started using the simple red wordpress theme and am trying to put ads in the predetermined slots.

I have the image installed just fine using ad.php but where do you put in the link??

Any help would be great.

I'm guessing you need to include them in your ads.php as well. The format should be like this:
