| Nekron, Now you see why I won't use this template until its fixed? Surely we are not the only ones with this problem. How can you reasonably expect anyone with a blog to post their blog with a broken header and wait until you decide to respond? We've waited almost two days for your response and it is a partial answer at best. Your piecemeal answers simply don't help. Please don't tell us to read the instructions otherwise you would not need this forum. You should acknowledge that you have a problem with the instructions and rewrite them or better yet, take 10 minutes and post step by step instructions to include troubleshooting instead of providing us with partial answers. | I did rename the logo to mylogo and once I read your post, I renamed it to logo.jpg and now it works. However, I do agree with Marcel because for a newbie like me, the instructions were not very detailed and you guys could make it more newbie-friendly. Thanks for your assistance. |

| vpaguio, we're currently in the process of updating the user manual to include the common mistakes people make when using the Super Adsense Themes. Marcel, while the problem might appear the same, there could be many different causes behind it. And most people already have their header problem fixed, so you are really one of the very rare users who just can't seem to get it to work. If you don't believe me, just Google "powered by super adsense theme" and you will find thousands of other users who have successfully changed their header without any problems. Rather than jumping around complaining in multiple different threads, why don't you just actually follow my advice and provide me with the information I need to actually help you? If you refuse to, there really isn't anything I can do to help. You need to help us to help you. Again, I need to know if you've done exactly as I've told you (and vpaguio, who managed to easily solve his problem by providing us with the information we needed) and your blog URL. And please, keep everything in one thread. If you continue to make a nuisance of yourself, I will not hesistate to remove you from the forum. Of course, there is always the option of hiring someone else to do it for you if you're having so much problem with it. You just might not have what it takes to do the editing on your own. You can make use of our Marketplace to get some help. |

| Nekron, I have followed your directions to the letter but now you accuse me of being a nuisance because I have asked you for help? Then you want to ban me? Is this your idea of customer service? I have renamed the logo to the name I wanted to insert. It is uploaded. I verified that in the Cpanel. I can see the logo in the image folder but when I post it on the theme, the entire theme is white with black text and the header is blank. I don't know what other details I can give you but your harsh tone is offensive to someone who is looking for help. Is this customary where you are from? Yes I could hire someone but doesn't that defeat the purpose of the free theme? |

| Have you tried to do as what I've asked vpaguio? Save your new header as "logo.jpg", overwriting the old one in your super-adsense/images folder, then delete the one currently on your webhost and re-upload the entire theme again. And by "I have renamed the logo to the name I wanted to insert", I certainly hope that you did not mean to say that you have named your header file as something other than "logo.jpg" and that it is a JPEG file format. I have asked many times for your blog URL, and that you temporary switch to the theme so I can have a look. There's really nothing different I can ask you to do unless I try to see for myself whats actually causing the problem. |

| My blog has its own name but I can't get rid of the SuperAdsense Theme...yada yada yad and its written over. How can I delete the theme title and leave mine in place? I don't have photoshop or want to add a new header - just have one set of titles. ![]() |

| You can use GIMP to edit the header file if you want to edit the current header. Or, you can go to your Presentation > Theme Editor > Header.php, have a look around and you will see the instructions in there on which lines of codes to remove to take out the header ![]() |

I agree with Lablaque. I have been searching the forum for some time for clues on how to modify the original SuperAdsense theme banner header. This takes up too much time. I believe some people, like me, just don't have the time to search for parts of forum and try to make sense of the answers. When answes are too vague, people find progress difficult and slow and may give up after having invested their precious money in the ebook. I hope they don't. Some of the answers, like what Lablaque mentioned, are one or two liners which are too vague for newbies or non-technical people to understand. I try to find answers doing Yahoo search and from another ebook I have; but that takes up more time and again, enthusiasm may wane. In this case, regarding the header issues, for the benefit of customers, the author should perhaps take the time to come up with a tutorial with step by step procedures and explanation on how to make relevant changes to the original SuperAdsense theme header. I think in the end it would save everybody’s time, customers and administrators. We don’t want to be seen as tormenting the administrators with the same topic questions and we feel tormented ourselves because we feel the forum answers are still too vague. But after all, it is only obvious that the first thing one need to do is to change the” SuperAdsense/ A plug-in-Profit Wordpress Theme” text (or logo) on the original header to suit one’s site, change the original light blue background colour, text colour, font, text alignment, etc, or even how to change the theme header completely. The main ebook and the other guides (7 days/ Superadsense Instructions) mentioned these too vaguely or briefly. I find the ebook having too many gaps. Trying to modify the original theme header using Gimp software took some time; especially when there are layers involved. The main thing is that people want to move on to the next level of learning and not stuck for too long at the same issue. BTW, I had also experienced the same thing – after changing the original SuperAdsense logo, I get a blank white banner header, even though I keep refreshing my site. Hours later, when I open my site again, the modified header came on, although still not the exact changes I had tried to do. I wonder if changes made to the theme header take some time to be updated because of the website host server. In this case, it changes are not almost immediate, it is hard to play around with the header modifications, not knowing if you are doing it correctly. |
