more header issues

I followed the instructions to replace the cooking title theme with the name of the blog. My blog is http://trick-my-trucker.com. how do I eliminate the cooking totle theme text from the header??

Hi, I'm a new member about to post a query, but think I can answer yours.
I just changed my title by using Photoshop and selecting the horizontal text tool (it is a T on the toolbar at the side)
Save the new image and upload it to over right the original theme logo.

Yeah thats right. You need to edit the logo.psd that comes along with the theme with Adobe Photoshop.

What if I don't have Photoshop? Is there any way to get rid of the title that comes with the theme and just have an empty blue box to put my title on?

You can try to use GIMP, its a free image editor which you can easily find on Google
