Looking for good private schedule a meeting plugin

Hi All,

I am looking for a good meeting/scheduling plugin for WordPress, that handles

- Booking a meeting
- Has several user access levels
- Sends an email to participants of meeting
- Private calendar (so only selected people see it)

or even some open source solution would be fine
