How to build sub pages on wordpress?

Does anyone know of a plugin that allows to build pages that appear only in the internal toolbar?

If for example I write about a cat, and I want it to appear only in the pages that are under the animal category, can I do that?

Note that I am talking about pages and not posts.

i m not sure what do u mean by the internal toolbar but

1) if u want the page to appear on the side bar but not the upper menu let it be a child of a parent page (availlable for pages like the posts)

2) if you want the page to appear on the upper menu but not in the side bar , after you go to presentation >> widget >> pages >> write the id of the page that you dont want it to appear on the side bar (in that case it will appear on the upper menu but not on the side bar)(Parent Pages)

3) if you want to have a page that doenst appear on the side bar or the upper menu , just create a child for a parent in the upper menu and remove it from the pages widget (like point #2 mentioned above) in that case you will be having a hidden page that you can use without appearing on any of the bars
