Default Is there any plugin that can sensor bad words on wordpress post?

I had try to search on google but no luck..
Is anybody here that know a way or a plugin maybe that can block or sensor bad words automatically on wordpress post?

You can send posts containing certain words or totally block them by entering the words in your Options > Discussion > Comment Moderation / Comment Blacklist.

thanks for the suggestion..but that is only block words on comments not from the entry..

some of my blog got contributor where they can write entry on it and I want that entry to be auto approve but want to block some competitive words ect.
I found some plugins, its not blocking words instead it will change the words to something else..the pugin call rerwite plugin something like that..
but most of them if not all did not work with latest wordpress version.
any others idea?

I know only to approve comments manually and de-spam them.

Is there any other way to filter out useless comments?
