Post wont show

Hi Snadra,

I checked on your wordpress blog setting and I think the theme you are using is not compatible with some of the plugin. I suggest you use a new theme to in order to get rid of this problem.

Personally I recommend you to use regulus theme by binary blue. You can see the image below for preview.

I'm facing the same problem. When I read the preview, the whole page with text shows. However, when I go to the categories, the text is chopped off with a (...). And the reader can't get the whole article.
help...

Hi audrey, if possible can i see your blog too....normally there're presets in the theme it self that need you edit some of the theme code...like steven said...regulus is one of those theme that is easy to customize...but it may not be the one suites you. however i really luv to see that (...) you mentioned. anyway sandra i see you have solve the header prob in ur blog however i disagree your google ads placement...even though you're trying to monitise your blog from adsense but odd placement of the ads and making ur blog look like a billboard not only will get u less click but also drive your visitor away....just my thoughts tho..

Audrey, will need to look at your site to see what's wrong.

Sandra, I think you have make some improvement. But I think your site can be better. But anyhow, good content will bring visitor in. Hope you regular update ur blog. As mention by Kevin, your ads..you need to study it, Yes, STUDY, people goto your site not to click your ads but to see your content, people wont click ads if they know it's an ads. So, place it somewhere not too exposed and not too unexposed.

Hi Audrey,

I realised that is the default setting of the adsense themes... all the blog use this themes will see the partial post only.... as I say, they are many themes out there, if you don't like this settings, you can always look for interesting one.

Check on the theme & design category to get your ideal themes.

Steven gave me an idea when he mentioned the adsense default settings.
I like the lay out of this theme but not the color or the way it just puts the summery without a way to the full post.

Please note I am just a newbie that has an inquisitive mind and html is very new to me.

So thanks to Steven I went to the template and studied it then I looked on google to see how a template is made and how to change it.

I have spent hours reading and printing out color charts and different templates, and a basic html list, then with trial and error and a lot of cutting and pasting back and forth I have almost got my site the way I want.
Please have a look and let me know what you think.

I can say you are on the right track and progress... I am glad to hear you put the effort to spents hours of time reading and printing out the colors charts. Your efforts will not wasted and I believed that you will get better in coming day.

If you are quite familiar with the html stuffs, probably you may want to look into your website title:

It,s funny this forum changes things for me, I typed my site like this
findacraft.com with the http://www. in front highlighted it and clicked on insert link and typed it exactly the same and it came out looking strange with (name) at the end

Any way I am really trying to get an understanding of every thing and have got to page 7 in the Day action plan but I think I need to go over a few things again to get perfect at it.
So now I am off to study all about trackback links and see what I can do.

Did you look at my blog and how I have changed it?

Hi Sandra,

Look like the (name) no more in your blog.

Your site look ok... the next thing you need to do is make changes of the adsense background color so that it will look blend into the background color (light blue on left and pink on the right.

This will make the ad look like normal and it doesnt look obvious like an ad. You should know what i mean here, arent you?
