how can i transfer the wordpress from a server to another

so this is my new question today ,

Now i tested the wordpress with a host (which i really hate) and after I did all the changes to the codes and the data base now I want to host it in the host I will use , can anyone tell me what should i do in this case , all my concerned is the data base , how can transfer it from a host to another is there any software or plugin that helps in transfering

the old stupid bad worst host is bluehost and the new host is ixwebhosting

The process of moving wordpress blogs to a new host can be quite tricky and personally something which I've not tried before. But luckily, others have tried and done it here:

I've searched around a bit and found that this guy has the easiest and clearest instructions to follow. It might take a bit of time, but assuming that you're using the same domain name, it would be a lot easier to transfer your wordpress blog.
