Is this an upgrade to super adsense?

looks like this thing solves a lot of problems in the current crop of "super adsense" themes. you can move the columns around, enter your adsense without editing files, add clickbank affiliate products through an adsense-like feed, plus modified templates and supports google analytics (or others)

seems pretty thorough for $39
