Okay, create a blog on sub-domain is quite easy. Read the simple step below for reference:
Create a subdomian => Fantastico => Wordpress => New Installation => Put in the Details.
Create your desire sub-domain name, it can be blog, conversation, dialogue, or any others.
In the new installation, just put in the details on your sub-domain. If I am not mistaken, there is a pull down menu for you to choose which domain you want to install..
