Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_filtr() in /home/digitalr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/adsense.php on line 42

I got the above error message while inserting my adsense code in the Adsense.php in the Plugins Editor section. As a result, I am unable to access my wp site.

I appreciate any assistance on how to fix this. Thanks.
