Let me put up clearly here:
1) If you want to create 2 seperate blogs: Install a new blog in your sub-domain by using Fantastico and start fresh.
2) If you want to transfer / migrate the existing one to the sub-domain, you move from FTP login, usually just drag and drop as affuone mentioned. Be sure you backup all your data before perform this, unless this is a new blog too, nothing posted yet.
